Reception service is excellent,, staff go out of their way to accommodate requests superbly. Room was tidy and very spacious, a true comfort after a busy day!

Breakfast quality was inconsistent:, options often lukewarm with limited availability, and noise from surrounding traffic disrupted our peaceful stay. Unaddressed maintenance issues were concerning, signaling a need for better detail.

Was absolutely thrilled to book this hotel, yet disappointed when the restaurant services stopped too early, leaving me no choice but to dine at McDonald’s. the bathroom door creaked like an ancient ghost, probably disturbing the entire hotel. I also would'v appreciated a complimentary upgrade for enduring such discomforts, but I guess not everyone deserves it, right?

I enjoyed a delightful stay with my family, highlighted by an incredibly spacious room that ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast exceeded expectations with freshly cooked options and exceptional coffee. Remember to check restaurant hours, as some services close early.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, always goin outta their way. the room was nice and big, clean, and comfy. breakfast was great, and totally fresh every time, not like those buffets where they leave stuff out for ages. also, it’s quiet even though it’s near a main road. loved that it was close to shops and transport, made things easy!

Very good location near public transport and a big shopping center. The lift service is slow, especially when busy. Enjoyed watching live sports events at the bar. Free parking available too. Room cleanliness was quite decent, but decor felt outdated.

It's conveniently close to a shopping center where you can find everything from a cinema to various restaurants, so you’re not stranded should you decide to stay local.

Upon entering the room, I found the thermostat was nonexistent, making temperature control a hassle, leading to a rather uncomfortable night. The room’s decor was notably outdated, with beat-up furniture and a television that had major issues—thankfully, it eventually worked after a drawn-out process of repairs. Breakfast was disappointing. the hot food was often lukewarm or burnt, and I encountered a lack of variety, especially noticeable with no muesli and poor coffee options. one painfully slow lift made for long waits during busy hours, complemented by noise from both outside and adjacent rooms, which diminished any chance of a peaceful retreat. If you’re traveling for a bit of escape, you might want to look elsewhere.
